The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships primarily over the phone and selling Information Technology and Audio/Video Hardware, Software, and Professional Services to customers. This role works within an assigned territory and customer demographic. From developing brand-new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, Our Inside Sales team uncovers opportunities and transforms them into customer value every day.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Drive profitably and grow revenue for target accounts
Develop an understanding of customers' business and solution requirements
Develop solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels at each target account
Understand each target customer's business model, map their organization and identify their unique technology needs
Identify new accounts and introduce the LyncVerse Technologies value proposition to key decision makers within the account
In collaboration with the LyncVerse Technologies sales management develop, document, and execute account penetration strategies for assigned target accounts
Develop and utilize professional account management tools and follow up procedures
Provide consistent and timely follow up communication and action steps after every sales call
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable and capable in contacting and setting appointments with prospects
Desire to drive your own income based on your efforts
Ability to set goals and the persistence to reach them
Good PC skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous sales experience, preferably B2B
Basic knowledge of IT and/or Audio-Video products and services, and how these products and services align to customer needs
