Compensation

About the Role

You'll be on the front line helping customers choose the right puppy, guiding them through the process, answering questions, and closing sales. This is a relationship-based role built for someone who enjoys connecting with people, learning product details quickly, and working in a shop that's always busy, upbeat, and customer focused.

Core Responsibilities

Welcome customers and build instant rapport Present puppies confidently and explain breed traits and care requirements Manage leads and follow-up communication Hit targeted sales goals and maintain strong conversion rates Coordinate with kennel staff and management to ensure smooth customer flow Keep sales areas clean, organized, and ready for walk-ins Deliver exceptional customer service every time

Requirements

Minimum 1 year proven sales experience Minimum 1 year proven customer service experience Must have a reliable personal vehicle Full-time availability including weekends and holidays Strong communication skills and comfort in a busy retail setting Positive attitude, professional presence, and willingness to learn
