What You'll Do:



The heart of the role is to collaborate with your Field Account Executive to create long-term,

, consultative relationships with new and existing School Districts, OEMs, and Resellers. To be successful, you must become comfortable

with School Districts, OEMs and VARs to influence the buying decision process. Our Sales Representatives must be passionate about education and must possess a proven track record of working collaboratively to identify and penetrate major education market opportunities.

The Inside Sales Representative position is a salary plus commission position that offers a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and many other benefits (please see www.gamberjohnson.com/about-us/careers for a complete list).

Responsibilities include:

Cultivate the end-user, OEM and Reseller relationships. Plan and implement effective sales programs in order to achieve sales growth through acquisition of new accounts and retention of current accounts. Identification and prioritization of new prospects. Development of a systematic method for penetrating new accounts, securing their business, and clearly identifying methods for establishing exceptional customer support. Create and maintain sales plans, activities, and forecasts to meet quarterly and yearly sales revenue goals. Timely and effective communication with internal and external partners. Manage assigned sales accounts through the utilization of a CRM. Work collaboratively with your Field Account Executive to ensure proper product implementation and customer satisfaction. Assist marketing with market research, feedback, new product ideas and competitive pricing suggestions. Some travel will be required providing focused sales coverage for strategic OEM, reseller and end user accounts. Former educators are encouraged to apply!
