Job Description

Founded in 1972, KWS Manufacturing Company, Ltd. is the leader in the design and manufacture of conveying equipment for the bulk material handling industry. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment and service to our customers.

KWS products are marketed globally to many diverse industries and to a large customer base.

Our primary customers are end users, power transmission distributors, engineering firms, system suppliers and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).

Our corporate office and manufacturing facilities are located in Burleson, Texas (convenient to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex). Our manufacturing facility continues to expand and is currently 125,000 square feet.

This is a full-time salaried position in which the person has the responsibility for providing quotations and customer service.

Inside Sales Representative will be interacting with customers and other company departments to achieve company goals.

This position reports to the Director of Sales.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS



Ability to effectively communicate with Customers to understand Customer needs and provide effective solutions. Solutions included quotations for company designed and manufactured equipment as well as trouble-shooting and problem solving.

Ability to sell and market company products and meet a monthly and yearly sales quota.

Ability to use Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs.

Ability to effectively communicate with other employees and departments.

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Ability to organize and schedule a demanding work load.

Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution or equivalent degree.

DUTIES



Review Customer requests for quotations and provide cost effective design solutions and sales quotations based on compliance with established company standards and customer specifications.

Process Customer orders to ensure proper equipment is manufactured in accordance with Customer specifications and established company standards.

Increase company sales by providing sales quotation follow-up direct with

Customers and closing sales orders.

Maintain good working relationships with Customer base.

Communicate effectively with Customers on any changes or issues.

Secondary Duties

Resolve field and/or manufacturing problems when necessary.

Interact with other department members to solve problems and to ensure company goals and deadlines are achieved.

Continue career development for future advancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
