Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective residents and families to understand their needs and guide them toward a solution that fits Use empathy to recognize individual circumstances while driving the sales process Identify root causes and motivators to help close the sale with a personalized approach Overcome objections and build trust throughout the decision-making process Expand and maintain the lead database through cold calls, follow-ups, and relationship-building Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in healthcare or a related field Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads efficiently Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
