We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Rep at Ihle Fabrications in Polk City, IA. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, generating new leads, and closing sales deals.


The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You should be comfortable making cold calls, following up with leads, and negotiating sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts. Qualify and nurture inbound calls/leads through the sales funnel. Provide product knowledge, pricing, and technical support to dealers and customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM. Help achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to support campaigns and optimize lead generation.

Qualifications

1-3 years of sales, business development, or telesales experience is preferred (B2B). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Experience using an ERP system; NetSuite experience preferred. Self-motivated & goal oriented. Agricultural or equipment background is a plus
