I have an opportunity for someone that is confident, friendly and outgoing. It\'s one of the most important jobs at Cravings Popcorn. You can think of it as a Customer Service Ambassador. You\'ll have direct communication with customers who are looking to buy popcorn or start a fundraiser or get information about our products. You will also follow up with past customers and make connections with leads. In all, you will help our customers get the best experience. Experience using Hubspot, Shopify and a CRM is a bonus. Ideally, you\'re going to want to be comfortable talking on the telephone, doing basic tasks with spreadsheets, file organization and setting appointments. You\'ll also help with the e-commerce side of the store. Sometimes you will assist with customers that are shopping in the store or help fulfill orders. This role requires positivity in both attitude and energy. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 \xe2\x80\x93 35 per week Benefits:
