Job Description

Generation 3 is growing, and we are looking for an Inside Advertising Representative to join our team. We publish high quality programs for high school sports and community events across multiple states, and we need someone who can communicate confidently, build value, and help local businesses connect with their communities.

This position is phone based. You will speak with local businesses, explain the event, highlight the benefits of participating, and guide them through placing an advertisement in the event program. We provide training, structure, and support. You bring the energy, professionalism, and consistency.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to local businesses
Explain event details clearly and professionally
Present the value of advertising in the program
Build rapport and maintain positive relationships
Follow up with interested businesses
Meet daily and weekly goals

Qualifications
Comfortable talking on the phone
Strong communication skills
Reliable and organized
Coachable and willing to learn
Friendly, professional, and confident
Sales experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $32,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
