Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This role bridges sales and operations by managing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

Order Management Prepare and process customer quotes and orders accurately. Verify pricing, product availability, and lead times. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements. Customer Communication Respond to inquiries regarding quote requests, order status, delivery schedules, and product details. Provide proactive updates on delays or changes. Operations Coordination Collaborate with production planning and logistics to meet delivery commitments. Monitor inventory levels and escalate shortages to supervisors. Track and resolve order discrepancies promptly. Create CAD Drawings using AutoCAD for final approval and fabrication. Handle all sample requests by preparing, labeling, and shipping via UPS as required by the sales team. Sales Support Assist outside sales representatives with documentation and customer follow-up. Work with customers to establish the best option for their project using materials from inventory as well as outsourcing. Maintain CRM and ERP data integrity for quotes, orders, and customer records. Generate reports on order status, backlog, and delivery performance.

Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience using AutoCAD or other similar CAD software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and proactive communication. Comfortable working with integrated systems and digital workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $27.50 - $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
