MRF (Materials Research Furnaces)

is seeking an

Inside Sales Fulfillment

Coordinator

to join our Customer Care Team working from our main office in Allenstown, NH.

Materials Research Furnaces is a high-temperature furnace manufacturer providing precision thermal processing equipment worldwide for production facilities and R&D organizations in sectors such as Aerospace, Nuclear, Defense, Electronics, Medical, Government R&D Labs, and more.

Description

This position will be responsible for the estimating, quoting, and securing orders for our aftermarket parts and services. The individual will also work closely with our engineering, manufacturing and purchasing teams to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. The candidate will help tie in the operational element that is needed to support Customer Care and Internal team.

Responsibilities

Be the point of contact for incoming parts and service requests and effectively channel to the correct person

Lead cross functional team meetings to actively grow and improve the business

Utilize ERP system database and financial tools to accurately cost products

Live the sales process to effectively qualify, support, close and fulfill deals

Effectively utilize CRM system to document sales opportunities and track progress

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

2-5 years of related Inside Sales experience.

Ability to work with Engineering, Manufacturing and Finance to accurately estimate cost on specialty designed parts and equipment

Ability to work with Engineering, Manufacturing, Suppliers and Finance to effectively process orders for parts and service

Understand Pricing and Profitability strategies

Familiarity with the use of CRM systems

Proficient with Windows operating systems and MS Office software.

Professional demeanor with good written and oral communication skills.

Good working in a team as well as independently.

Solid work ethic.
