We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. Duties
Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Manage and nurture existing accounts through regular communication and personalized service
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Negotiate contracts and close sales by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and develop strategic outreach plans
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks
Experience
Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales preferred
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Background in telemarketing, outbound calling, or marketing campaigns is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through cold or warm calling strategies
Customer service experience that emphasizes relationship building and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
