Baker Specialty & Supply Company, Inc. is a 100+ year old company that is looking to fill an Inside Sales position in one of our five locations.
This is a Full Time Position with the hours of 7-5 Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends.
The candidate must be able to:
Answer phones with a friendly voice
Answer customer questions
Research unknown items
Take and enter orders accurately
Inside Sales employees work one on one with our customers. They will need to keep our customers informed of items we stock, understand what our customers need and want, and look for opportunities to approach customer with new products. Inside Sales take and enter orders into the computer system accurately, whether over the phone, by e-mail or at our counter while face to face with our customers.
