Responsibilities:
Master our quoting platforms:

CustomView

and

WebCP

Manage the full

quote-to-order process

with precision Identify product limitations and requirements (think wind load & steel reinforcements) Review and edit quotes, resolve discrepancies, and finalize orders Communicate with dealers to clarify details and ensure accuracy Coordinate with production teams for CAD drawings and special order parts Determine shipping methods and charges, then submit orders for production Support outside sales and ISS Level II teams with timely updates Handle dealer change requests and backorder communications Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
1-2 years of

customer service or inside sales experience

Strong

verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma required; college coursework a plus Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

, especially Excel Experience in windows and doors industry is a plus Ability to

multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure

A

team-first mindset

and proactive approach to problem-solving Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, decimals)
