Position Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will represent MPG's E.A. Langenfeld division within the Call Center team. This part-time role (25-29 hours per week) focuses on making outbound sales calls, building customer relationships, generating product interest, and driving order activity on behalf of clients. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and excels at engaging with customers over the phone to deliver exceptional service and results.



Key Responsibilities


------------------------


Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing stores to build relationships and generate new orders Conduct surveys with store owners to gather insights on program performance Perform project-based outreach initiatives as assigned Maintain and update customer databases as store information and decision-makers change Send promotional materials and follow up to drive engagement Accurately log all daily call activities and maintain thorough records in Salesforce Provide outstanding customer service and represent the MPG and E.A. Langenfeld brands professionally

Required Experience and Education

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience making outbound calls or working in a call center environment preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently Professional phone presence and strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Chrome, and Salesforce Ability to sit and talk on the phone for extended periods Must be able to lift/move light materials as needed Ability to travel: 0%
