, acquired in 2024, provides topical anesthetic products for medical and dental professionals, with a range of delivery methods such as gels, sprays, and liquids. Together, these companies cater to a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, from cryotherapy to advanced scar healing and anesthetics.

Job Overview



Nuance is looking for a motivated inside sales account manager to develop and manage relationships primarily within the medical market, with potential engagement in the dental market. The primary responsibility of this position will be driving product awareness and adoption of our topical anesthetic solutions, ensuring that healthcare providers recognize the value and benefits of these offerings for their patient care needs.

This position will collaborate closely with both our internal field sales representatives and a third-party sales force to maximize market coverage and drive success. Additionally, this position may be assigned other products from our current or future offerings as part of its responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation



o Build strong relationships with healthcare practices to generate leads for new business opportunities.

o Depending on the market and customer type, hand off leads to the appropriate team, whether it is our internal field sales force, third-party sales partners, or managing the opportunity directly to close the deal.

Value Communication



o Effectively communicate the value and benefits of Nuance Medical products to key stakeholders.

o Address objections and questions from healthcare professionals, highlighting the advantages of our topical anesthetics for various use cases.

Account Management



o Use HubSpot to track account progress, outreach, and follow-ups.

o Collaborate closely with field sales and third-party sales partners to ensure seamless handoffs and business continuity.

o Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales performance targets.

Customer Retention and Utilization



o Address objections and questions from healthcare professionals, highlighting the advantages of our topical anesthetics for various use cases.

o Drive increased sales by encouraging customers to utilize topical anesthetic products across all potential use cases.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution



o Promptly address client concerns, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions.

Client Education and Support



o Act as a product expert by educating clients on product features, market trends, and new developments.

o Provide ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of our topical anesthetic products.

Account Growth and Retention



o Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

o Manage contract renewals proactively, conducting regular business reviews to highlight successes and address concerns.

o Monitor account performance and take action to increase client engagement and usage of products.

Qualifications and Experience



Experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)

2+ Years of Sales Experience

Experience with a healthcare office environment or similar preferred

Bachelor's degree

New Customer Outreach Experience

Independent and Self-driven
