Sales-focused Account Manager

to convert inbound interest, upsell happy clients, prevent cancellations, and call back leads that didn't close--while pitching in on service overflow to keep the customer experience excellent.

What you'll do (outcomes first)

Convert inbound

calls/texts/chats to booked services

same day

.

Upsell add-ons

(mosquito/tick, general pest, aeration/overseeding) to increase ARPU.

Call back no-sales

using simple multi-touch follow-ups to win the deal.

Save at-risk accounts

with approved save offers when customers pause/cancel.

Protect CX during busy spikes:

help service with scheduling/rescheduling, templated messages, and ticket triage so SLAs stay green. Keep

clean CRM hygiene

: accurate notes, next steps, tags, and reason codes.

What you'll bring

1-3+ years inside sales or SMB account management (home services a plus). Clear, concise communicator (phone, text, and email). Disciplined with pipeline and process; fast, organized, and coachable. Competitive, team-first mindset--happy to jump in where customers need you.
