We're looking for a
high-level sales professional
to join our Customer Relations team--a superstar communicator who excels at building trust, closing deals, and keeping homeowners excited about their projects.
What You'll Do:
Be the Homeowner's Guide
: Build lasting relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Educate & Empower
: Walk homeowners through the final scope of work after insurance negotiations are complete, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
Drive Sales
: Secure deposits and upsell add-on services that enhance the appearance, performance, and value of the home.
Support Team Success
: Coordinate with our Insurance and Production departments to keep projects moving seamlessly.
Deliver on Promises
: Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Rhino-Back standard of integrity and excellence.
(Note: This position does not negotiate with insurance companies--your focus is strictly homeowner relations and sales.)

Proven Sales Closer
: Strong background with 2-5+ years of phone-based sales and outbound calling.
