- 3x12s | Sat/Sun/ Mon | 7:00am - 7:30pm schedule
- Licensed RN in the state of Wisconsin
- One (1) year experience as a RN
- Ability to work with and supervise hospice aides
Providing care in an inpatient setting to hospice patients as well as communicating with patients and interdisciplinary teams
IPC is 15 beds with a current census of 13
Attend and participate in weekly interdisciplinary teams meetings
