Innovation Architect Manager

, you'll lead the development of groundbreaking technical solutions that drive business growth and open new market opportunities. You'll lead teams while working closely with a Business Designer and cross-functional teams to identify unmet customer needs and architect innovative solutions in electromechanical areas where businesses don't yet exist. This role combines engineering expertise, customer engagement, and strategic leadership to deliver innovations that meet real-world needs and continue to drive the overall business growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and mentor a small team of Innovation Architects Architect innovative technical solutions aligned with strategic goals Engage directly with customers through trade shows, calls, and on-site visits to capture the voice of the customer. Translate customer insights and operational needs into clear product requirements. Collaborate with Business Designers, Engineering Managers, and operations teams Present concepts and prototypes to customers and internal stakeholders for feedback and approval Identify and mitigate technical risks Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field (advanced degrees preferred) Experience in managing teams Proven success in designing and implementing innovative electromechanical solutions from concept to production Business and financial acumen Strong customer-facing experience: trade shows, presentations, and direct engagement Strong leadership and project management skills in fast-paced environments "Thinking outside of the box" mentality with the ability to challenge conventional thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of customers and executive audiences Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes High-energy, positive spirit in every interaction Business and financial acumen
