One of the most beloved resorts in New England, The Woodstock Inn & Resort, is seeking an Inn Maintenance worker to join the team!

Job Summary:

Inn Maintenance workers are responsible for supporting and performing maintenance and repair throughout the Inn.

Job Specifications:

Expected Pay Range: Starting $23.00 per hour + The pay scale shown is the range that we reasonably expect to pay. Actual compensation offered may be adjusted based on a candidate's qualifications and/or experience.
Shift & Schedule Availability: Full time year round 2:00pm-10:00pm Tuesday - Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

Preventive maintenance is to be performed regularly to ensure proper function and safety. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be used at all times. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas and resort public areas. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of department equipment; use equipment only as intended. All necessary safety measures will be used in accordance to OSHA regulations to prevent employees, guests, vendors, all others and property from becoming hurt or damaged. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Select appropriate materials in accordance with task(s) being performed.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 21 years of age. Plumbing, carpentry skills and electrical basic knowledge is a must. Knowledge of correct maintenance and use of department equipment; use equipment only as intended. All necessary safety measures will be used in accordance with OSHA regulations to prevent employees, guests, vendors, all others and property from becoming hurt or damaged. Must possess a valid drivers' license & clean driving record. Must be able to lift & move 75 pounds. Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
