Job Description
We are seeking an
Ink Technician
with experience in water-based ink mixing and color matching. This is a hands-on, in-plant role supporting production by preparing accurate, high-quality inks.Responsibilities:
Mix, weigh, and prepare water-based inks according to specifications. Perform precise color matching and press toning. Deliver press-ready inks to production lines. Maintain documentation, including adjustments and returns. Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized. Follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience with water-based inks. Flexographic printing, color formulation, and color matching experience. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Relocation assistance is possible.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
