Onsite Ergonomics is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist to support workplace health and safety programs. The role focuses on musculoskeletal injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, employee education, and early intervention strategies to help reduce workplace risks.
This position is well suited for Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, or Physical Therapist Assistants interested in applying their movement expertise in a non-clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide employee education and safety training on ergonomics, safe movement, and early symptom awareness.
Conduct ergonomic and musculoskeletal assessments across various work environments.
Implement OSHA-aligned injury prevention strategies and early symptom interventions.
Collaborate with managers and internal safety teams to support program goals.
Document services, analyze trends, and maintain accurate reporting for compliance and improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Exercise Science, or a related field.
Active ATC, PTA, PT, or comparable movement-based credential.
2+ years of experience in orthopedics, ergonomics, sports performance, occupational health, or related practice.
Eligibility to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Strong understanding of biomechanics, movement analysis, and workplace safety principles.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Work Setting
On-site services at client facilities in industrial, office, and healthcare environments.
Occasional travel to nearby client locations.
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Ability to demonstrate safe movement and ergonomic techniques for extended periods.
Comfort working around varying noise levels, equipment, and environments.
