Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and professional Injector to join our dynamic team in a reputable medical spa or aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their beauty and wellness goals. This role involves administering injectables such as dermal fillers and botulinum toxin treatments, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a safe, sanitized environment. Prior experience with salon or med spa software, social media management, and retail sales is highly desirable. The Injector will play a key role in delivering high-quality treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and safety.

Duties

Administer cosmetic injectables including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments with precision and care Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate procedures Maintain thorough documentation of treatments performed using salon or med spa management software Educate clients on post-treatment care, product options, and available services to enhance their experience Manage appointment scheduling at the front desk, ensuring smooth guest flow and efficient service delivery Promote retail sales of skincare products, makeup applications, and treatment packages through upselling techniques Assist with social media management by creating engaging content and promoting services to attract new clients Ensure all treatment areas adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques such as eyelash extensions or hair threading, and advancements in esthetic laser treatments or body waxing procedures Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and courteously

Skills

Proven experience in cosmetic injections such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, or dermal fillers; med spa experience preferred Strong knowledge of esthetic procedures including eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, body waxing, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, and skin treatments like dermabrasion or laser therapy Excellent communication skills for client consultations and guest services Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes Retail sales expertise with a focus on upselling skincare products and treatment packages Knowledge of color theory for makeup application and esthetic treatments Experience with management tasks such as front desk operations and product demos Strong sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
