Job Description
Overview
Unique opportunity to participate in the development of a new injection molding department within an established manufacturing facility. The right candidate will work directly with the Injection Molding Department Supervisor, Plant Manager, and VP Operations to set-up/install machines and develop processes for injection molding. You will build upon Onward Manufacturing's 120 years of manufacturing and 75 years of plastic molding excellence to create an industry leading plastics capability in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Oversee the injection molding process to ensure the safe and efficient production of quality plastic components. Distributing job assignments to machine operators, material handlers, and set-up technicians Coordinating Production in order of Priorities Performing daily Inspections as required Set-up injection molds and start machines to standard processes Respond to operators when operators or machines requires attention
