Job Description

We're seeking a skilled

Mold Maker / Mold Maintenance Technician

to support our injection molding operations. This position is responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and performing repairs on plastic injection molds to ensure optimal production quality and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on injection molds Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble molds according to maintenance schedules Polish and remove residue, ensuring proper mold surface finish Diagnose and correct minor tooling issues, including alignment or wear problems Record maintenance activities and communicate mold status to production and engineering teams Assist in mold changeovers and setup support as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous experience in

injection molding

or

mold maintenance

required Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, grinders, polishers, and precision measuring equipment Ability to read blueprints and mold drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
