As a Marketing Representative, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

What you'll do

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive brand growth. Manage and optimize multichannel campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, and print advertising. Track and analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, adjusting strategies to improve reach and ROI. Write and design compelling marketing content, from digital ads and social posts to print collateral and web copy. Oversee design and production of visually appealing materials that reflect and enhance brand identity. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities. Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and SEO best practices. Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, including promotional and community engagement activities.

Basic qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role with demonstrated success managing multiple channels and campaigns independently. Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, branding, and lead generation. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp (or similar email platform), and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and pivot as needs change. Self-starter mindset with the confidence and initiative to lead marketing efforts.

Pay: $48,108.37 - $57,936.96 per year
