Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven In-House Sales Representative to grow our
boutique retail footprint and ensure exceptional brand presentation at every retail
location. This role combines sales strategy, relationship building, and merchandising
execution, offering an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Growth
?
Identify and open new boutique accounts within assigned territory.
?
Drive sell-through and growth at existing accounts through relationship management
and strategic support.
?
Meet or exceed monthly and seasonal sales targets.
Merchandising & Brand Presentation?
Ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans for each collection, including
displays, signage, and visual standards.
?
Provide training and support to boutique staff on brand story and product features.
Market & Travel
?
Attend multiple seasonal trade shows and market events annually to represent the
brand and secure new accounts.
?
Conduct regular in-person visits to boutiques each season to support sales and
merchandising.

Maintain detailed records of account visits, feedback, and merchandising execution.
Support & Resources
?
Utilize provided samples and marketing materials to support sales efforts.
?
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and product.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

New Account Acquisition: Number of new boutique accounts opened per quarter.

Sales Growth: Percentage increase in sales volume across assigned accounts.

Sell-Through Rate: Average sell-through rate of collections at boutique locations.

Merchandising Compliance: Percentage of accounts implementing merchandising
plans correctly and on time.

Account Retention: Retention rate of boutique accounts season over season.
?
Market Participation: Attendance and performance at seasonal trade shows (e.g.,
leads generated, orders written).

Boutique Visit Frequency: Number of in-person boutique visits completed per
season.

Customer Satisfaction: Feedback scores or qualitative feedback from boutique
partners.
Qualifications
?
Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in fashion, accessories, or jewelry.

Strong understanding of boutique retail dynamics and visual merchandising.
?
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
?
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and travel frequently.
