RESPONSIBILITIES

Support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities Assist with personal care and daily living tasks Build strong relationships through communication and consistency Follow behavior support plans and safety guidelines Document progress and attend ongoing training
QUALIFICATIONS

Compassion, patience, and communication skills are essential Open to both new and experienced caregivers Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Access to reliable transportation is helpful but not required
