Responsibilities (will vary by client):

Follow a plan of care Companionship Light housekeeping Meal preparation Transportation Personal care (bathing, toileting) Communicate professionally with families and your team Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Clean driving record Access to email and a mobile smart device Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care * Prior home care experience is a plus but not required
