Position Summary



We are seeking a dedicated

In-Home Care Service Manager

to join our team in delivering exceptional care services at Yassin's Home. This role is vital to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized support service management and compassionate engagement.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in start up, artificial intelligence and data analytics to help create seamless, integrated systems that enable data-driven services and effective quality care management.



Responsibilities



This is a start up, at first, we need to establish the policies and procedures, and all processes that are needed, then hire employees, and enroll clients.



Oversee daily operations of the home to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals. Monitor resident health and well-being, providing necessary support and interventions. Facilitate communication between residents, families, and staff to promote transparency and trust. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to adult foster care. Train and supervise staff members in best practices for resident care. Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and incidents.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in group home or assisted living settings. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including licensing standards, fire drills, and inspection readiness. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver high-quality care. Solid knowledge of patient care practices; first aid and CPR certification required. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with residents, families, staff, and external partners. Ability to handle challenges and navigate difficult situations with sound judgment. Compassionate approach to caregiving with a focus on individual dignity. Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. On-call availability when needed to address staffing issues or emergencies. Proficiency in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and QuickBooks.
