Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in various caregiving settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home health care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their safety and comfort.

Duties

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and preferences Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being Document patient observations and care provided while adhering to HIPAA regulations

Skills

First Aid and CPR certification preferred Experience in group homes or assisted living facilities Strong patient observation skills with the ability to monitor changes in condition Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory care techniques Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for patient mobility assistance Proficient in meal preparation and cooking for diverse dietary needs Familiarity with patient care protocols in hospice or long-term care settings Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards clients
