Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care with infusion therapy experience. This role is essential for delivering compassionate and effective nursing services to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during treatment. The Registered Nurse will work closely with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare environment, contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

Administer intravenous (IV) medications as prescribed, ensuring proper technique and patient monitoring. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and laboratory results. Educate patients and their families about infusion therapies, potential side effects, and self-care techniques. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, treatment plans, and outcomes using electronic health records (EHR). EClinicalWorks experience a plus. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety within the infusion department.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience with IV insertion techniques in a clinical setting. Knowledge of anatomy and laboratory procedures relevant to infusion therapy. Experience in health coaching to support patients' overall health management. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
