Infusion Nurse
to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing specialized infusion therapy in a supportive, team-centered environment.

Responsibilities
Administer and monitor infusion therapy treatments for patients in our clinic
Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans
Insert and manage intravenous catheters safely and effectively
Monitor vital signs and observe patient responses throughout treatment
Educate patients and families about infusion procedures and self-care
Collaborate closely with providers and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Accurately document patient progress and maintain complete medical records
Administer IV medications as prescribed
Other Clinical Respondsability
Qualifications & Skills
Current Nursing License (RN or LPN)
Proficient in IV insertion, management, and infusion therapy techniques
Experience in an infusion or outpatient clinical setting preferred
Strong assessment, documentation, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- compassionate bedside manner required
Commitment to providing safe, patient-focused, and high-quality care
