Experience: Kitchen experience preferred. Experience in manufacturing, especially culinary manufacturing a plus.

: Full-time position,

6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday through Thursday,

located in Brigham City, UT.

This position is for a manufacturing technician for a fast-growing medical cannabis company. An ideal candidate will have experience manufacturing and packaging bulk foods in a clean room environment.

This technician will receive production plans from a supervisor and complete each process from manufacturing to final packaging multiple times a week. This position requires the ability to organize overlapping tasks to maximize output across multiple product lines. The ability to follow recipes with large yet exact quantities in a sterile, organized manner is a must. This position requires an attention to detail and an ability to accurately record materials used. This position will keep a clean working area and be capable of basic equipment maintenance. Technician will also maintain an inventory of all consumable ingredients and submit reorder requests in a timely manner to avoid production gaps. Must be comfortable working on your feet and be capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. at a time.
