Role Description:

The Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas such as datacenter, server infrastructure, cloud services, and service platforms. The role also oversees scheduling and directing activities to resolve hardware and software problems efficiently and accurately, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technology roadmaps.

Job Duties:

Align infrastructure strategy with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Develop and maintain the technology roadmap, forecasting infrastructure needs and upgrades.

Oversee infrastructure projects, system migrations, and upgrades to ensure minimal business disruption.

Supervise daily operations of data centers, servers, storage, and network systems.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Implement and maintain monitoring tools to guarantee continuous uptime and performance.

Lead and mentor infrastructure team members to enhance productivity and growth.

Provide third-tier technical support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Promote collaboration across teams and departments to optimize operations.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of related IT infrastructure experience, or 8+ years of equivalent practical experience.

Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT infrastructure systems (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Expertise administering network architecture, server management, virtualization technologies, cloud services, and IT security.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Bilingual: Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish (oral and written).

Plus:

Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, virtualization, or network security.

Experience with infrastructure modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Experience in the healthcare industry.
