Role Description

We're looking to add a new member to our team. This is a junior-level position, and we're looking for someone relatively early in their career. Initially, this person will handle helpdesk support tickets and work with our customers to resolve support issues. They'll also work collaboratively with other team members to solve problems and learn new skills.

We'd like to see this person grow with our company and advance their skillset with us. This person should be a self-starter and be prepared to succeed. They should be willing to put in the time and energy needed to become an IT guru for their own career.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Operating Systems - A thorough understanding of the Windows Operating System, including basic troubleshooting techniques and best practices. Mac OS and Linux are a plus.

Promptness - Our team depends on each other to get the job done, and our customers rely on you to do theirs. We need someone who is on time and dependable.

Networking - A solid understanding of networking technology fundamentals.

Drive / Determination--We need someone who is motivated to go far, someone who is determined to acquire certifications, learn new skills, and apply them in the field.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
