About the Role

We are hiring an

Informatics

Specialist

to join our growing team and take full ownership of our

Credible Electronic Health Record (EHR)

platform. This is an

on-site position based in New Jersey

that plays a central role in ensuring our systems support high-quality care and efficient operations in the

peer support and addiction recovery space

.


As the system owner and internal expert for Credible, you will work closely with our

technical lead

and cross-functional teams to make sure the platform is set up for success--supporting everything from documentation and compliance to reporting and integration with Salesforce and other tools.

What You'll Do

?? System Ownership & Administration

Serve as the internal

system owner and power user

for the Credible EHR platform. Configure and manage custom objects, templates, user roles, and permissions. Create and maintain system workflows that align with internal operations.

? Reporting & Analytics

Build and maintain reports used for operations, quality assurance, and compliance. Partner with internal teams to design custom reports that help drive decision-making. Monitor data accuracy and support periodic audits.

? Support, Training & Documentation

Act as the first line of support for all Credible-related questions and issues. Provide hands-on training to new and existing staff. Document system processes, best practices, and user guides.

? Integration & Collaboration

Work alongside our

technical lead

to integrate Credible with Salesforce and other platforms. Identify areas for improvement in how we use technology across the organization. Participate in strategic discussions on how we scale and improve internal systems.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience working with an EHR platform (strong preference for

Credible

). Solid understanding of data workflows, forms, user roles, and permissions in EHR systems. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Clear communicator who enjoys working with people and supporting teams. Experience creating reports and training documentation. Comfortable in a mission-driven, fast-moving environment.

Bonus:

Experience integrating EHR systems with Salesforce or other platforms.
