A few details about the role:

• Assess physical functioning of the resident to assure each resident attains his\\\\her maximum functional potential.
• Identify candidates for potential therapeutic intervention through assessment and interview with team members.
• Work with skilled therapist in conjunction with their treatment plan and goals.
• Schedule in-service training for team members to provide instruction regarding specific follow through when running restorative programs and their documentation.
• Coordinate the services of nursing and ancillary services to enhance the well-being of each resident.
• Monitors documentation of all disciplines to be certain plan, goals, and target dates are addressed.
• Work in consultation with Director of Nursing to assure the resident has the proper devices and that nursing is facilitating the use of them.

And here\'s what you need to apply:

• At least two (2) years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care with leadership and management experience.
• Must be Restorative certified.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably with bachelor\'s degree.
• Currently licensed as Registered Nurse
