Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive

Assistant Teacher

to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom instruction and activities Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning Supervise students to ensure a safe and orderly classroom Aid in classroom management and behavior guidance Assist with record-keeping, organization, and maintenance of classroom supplies Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative classroom atmosphere

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in early education preferred Experience working with children in a childcare setting Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude

Schedule:

Part-time with availability to transition to full-time, between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
