Gracie's Adventure Club is seeking

experienced Infant Room Teachers / Child Care Providers

to join our team. We are currently hiring

multiple positions

for both

full-time and part-time

schedules.

Position Overview

The Infant Room Teacher is responsible for providing high-quality, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for infants in a licensed child care setting. This role requires experience working directly with infants and the ability to meet Alabama DHR Minimum Standards.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of experience

working in an

infant room

within a

licensed child care facility

Availability between

6:00 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.

(scheduling varies) Ability to meet and maintain

Alabama DHR child care requirements

, including but not limited to: - Background checks and fingerprinting- Required health screenings- Ongoing professional development hours Knowledge of infant care routines (safe sleep, bottle feeding, diapering, sanitation) Reliable, professional, and team-orientedResponsibilities Provide responsive, nurturing care to infants ages 6 weeks-12 months Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow daily schedules and routines Implement DHR-compliant health, safety, and supervision practices Communicate effectively with families and center leadership Work collaboratively with co-teachers and support staff
