Lead Infant Teacher

to join our passionate team!



As a Lead Teacher, you'll create a warm, engaging environment for our youngest learners while supporting our mission to provide nature-based, high-quality care and education.


What We're Looking For:




A caring professional with experience in an infant classroom setting. Strong understanding of

Georgia Licensing Rules and Quality Rated standards

. A team player who brings a

positive attitude

and helps build a supportive, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to

build trusting relationships with families

. Dependable, organized, and committed to providing a safe and loving classroom environment.

Qualifications:




CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education (or willing to obtain). Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare center. Knowledge of Georgia Bright from the Start regulations and Quality Rated expectations. CPR/First Aid certification.
