highly motivated Industrial Sales Representative

to grow our customer base, develop strong industry relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with

technical sales experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or fabrication

who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Job Summary



The

Industrial Sales Representative

will be responsible for

identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships

with industrial clients in need of

welding, fabrication, machining, millwright, and repair services

. This role requires a mix of

business development, account management, technical sales expertise, and estimating/quoting capabilities

. The ideal candidate is a

proactive, results-driven sales professional

with experience in industrial sales, a strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication, and the ability to accurately estimate and quote jobs.

This is an

onsite/in-person role with travel required

to customer locations, job sites, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities



1. Business Development & Lead Generation



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as

manufacturing, energy, construction, and heavy industry

. Research potential customers, generate leads, and initiate

cold calls, emails, and in-person visits

to develop new accounts. Attend

networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences

to promote H3 Industrial's services and generate leads. Collaborate with the

H3 management team

to execute

targeted sales strategies

and business growth initiatives.

2. Estimating & Quoting



Prepare

detailed estimates and quotes

for fabrication, machining, millwright, welding, and repair services. Analyze

blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

to determine material, labor, and cost requirements. Work closely with the

shop, engineering, and operations teams

to ensure accurate job costing. Present pricing proposals to clients and negotiate contract terms to close deals profitably. Maintain up-to-date pricing knowledge on

materials, labor rates, and industry trends

to provide competitive and profitable quotes.

3. Customer Relationship Management



Develop and maintain strong relationships with

key decision-makers, plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and procurement teams

. Conduct

on-site visits

to understand client needs, inspect job sites, and provide technical guidance on our services. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service, quick response times, and long-term partnerships. Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying additional service opportunities.

4. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth



Meet or exceed

monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

. Develop

pricing strategies and proposals

in collaboration with the management team. Negotiate contracts and service agreements, ensuring profitable and competitive deals. Stay informed about

market trends, competitors, and industry developments

to identify opportunities for growth.

5. Technical & Product Knowledge



Maintain a strong understanding of

H3 Industrial's services, capabilities, and technical processes

, including

welding, fabrication, machining, millwright, and repair work

. Work closely with the shop, field service teams, and engineers to provide accurate project estimates and technical solutions. Assist in developing

customized solutions

based on client needs and project specifications.

6. Administrative & Reporting Duties



Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates. Prepare and present

weekly and monthly sales reports

to management. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements



?

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years of sales experience

in

industrial services, manufacturing, welding, fabrication, machining, or millwright services

.
?

Estimating & Quoting:

Strong experience in

job costing, preparing estimates, and quoting projects

related to industrial services.
?

Education:

High school diploma required; a degree in

business, engineering, or industrial technology

is a plus.
?

Industry Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

welding, fabrication, machining, millwright work, and industrial maintenance services

.
?

Sales Skills:

Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and build long-term customer relationships.
?

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to read

blueprints, project specifications, and understand industrial equipment and processes

.
?

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to

present technical solutions to clients

.
?

Self-Motivation:

Highly driven, able to work independently, and

willing to travel

to customer sites.

Valid Driver's License:

Required for travel to job sites and client meetings.

Existing customer relationships

in the

manufacturing, energy, construction, or heavy industry sectors

.
?

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

.
