Must be able to work independently. Overall mechanical abilities required. Be available to support the operations and do service and preventative maintenance on machines. Advanced Electrical and Mechanical Industrial maintenance knowledge

"Can do" attitude and ability to figure out ways to accomplish problem resolutions very important.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

- Maintaining, Troubleshooting, Repairing, Cleaning, Installing, Rebuilding, Retrofitting, of Industrial Equipment, Large Systems, Heat Treating Furnaces, Plating Lines, Presses, ... Etc.

- Upgrading Electrical Systems, Wiring, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, Etc.

- Fabrication, Cutting, Fitting, Welding, Grinding, Drilling, Plumbing Etc.

Troubleshoot problems and repair

- Repair or replacing worn out, damaged parts as needed. Belts, Bearings, Heat Tubes, Motors, Pumps, Pipe, Fittings, Etc.

- Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Controls, Forklifts, Building and Grounds Care, would be a Plus.

- At times, Planning, Designing, Ordering, Recording, Note-Taking, Organizing.

Hands on while Assisting with general maintenance as needed

- Willing to work alone or with a team. Self-Starter and can get along with Co-workers.

Perform work in safe and responsible manner.

Any duties as needed on shift

- Must be able to consistently work 40-45 hours per week.

Reports to Upper Management

Skills

Proven proven experience as industrial maintenance team member

Above Average understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems

Great knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime

High school diploma or equivalent required; Trained in PLC and Drives will be a plus

- Valid Driver's License required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
