An international automotive parts manufacturer in the Findlay, Ohio area is currently searching for a motivated

Industrial

Maintenance Technician

to join their facility. This is a full-time, direct-hire position. Entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Include:

Conduct preventative, general, and emergency maintenance on equipment and machinery (injection molding, hydraulic / pneumatic equipment, conveyors, CNC, etc.) Electrical wiring and troubleshooting Follow a predictive maintenance schedule and assist with planning scheduled downtime activities Ensure plantwide compliance to OSHA, EPA, and other safety / environmental requirements and standards Tracking of tool and material inventory Creation of maintenance activity reports for upper management Other duties as assigned

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements Include:

High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1-3 years' hands-on experience (including professional training, apprenticeships, etc.) in the set-up, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery Experience working with PLC systems or tool and die repair is a plus Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance documents Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment Strong problem-solving skills and time management ability This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.*
