Career and Technical EducationAn Industrial Maintenance Instructor teaches students how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and systems used in manufacturing and industrial environments. They combine classroom teaching with hands-on lab instruction covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation concepts.
Key Duties
Teach industrial maintenance fundamentals, safety practices, and technical skills. Provide hands-on training with industrial equipment and diagnostic tools. Develop and update curriculum to match industry standards. Assess student performance through tests and hands-on evaluations. Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe learning environment. Support students through mentoring, career guidance, and skill development. Collaborate with industry partners to align training with workforce needs.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field or Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.
