An Industrial Maintenance Instructor teaches students how to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and systems used in manufacturing and industrial environments. They combine classroom teaching with hands-on lab instruction covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation concepts.
Key Duties
Teach industrial maintenance fundamentals, safety practices, and technical skills.
Provide hands-on training with industrial equipment and diagnostic tools.
Develop and update curriculum to match industry standards.
Assess student performance through tests and hands-on evaluations.
Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.
Support students through mentoring, career guidance, and skill development.
Collaborate with industry partners to align training with workforce needs.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field or
