Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and a keen understanding of manufacturing processes. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Hours are 6AM-4PM, Monday-Thursday with OT on Friday.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or Press Brake machines. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLC) for machine operation and troubleshooting. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Handle materials safely, including loading and unloading using forklifts when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with hands-on machine operation experience. Knowledge of welding techniques, assembly processes, and materials handling practices is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong mechanical knowledge. Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous, particularly in quality control or machining roles. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently.
