Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Entry-Level Industrial Hygiene Technician

to join our environmental team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in environmental science.

No prior experience is required--we provide comprehensive training.

In this role, you will support air quality monitoring, data collection, and reporting efforts to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote public health. You'll gain hands-on experience working with GIS tools, AutoCAD, and environmental sampling techniques across industries such as oil & gas, wastewater treatment, and water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct air quality assessments through field data collection and analysis Use GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS) for mapping and spatial analysis Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation Learn and apply environmental regulations including EPA, OSHA, and EHS standards Collect samples from various sites to monitor pollutant levels Support pollution control and emission reduction strategies Maintain sampling equipment and follow safety protocols Collaborate with cross-functional teams on environmental projects Help prepare documentation for regulatory reporting

Qualifications

Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office Willingness to learn GIS, AutoCAD, and environmental sampling techniques Ability to work outdoors and travel to field sites Good communication and organizational skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
