Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, pursue, and secure new industrial HVAC opportunities across the region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with general contractors, developers, and facility managers.
Leverage your professional network and market knowledge to generate new business leads.
Develop and present competitive proposals that win contracts and foster repeat business.
Estimating
Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for industrial HVAC installations, retrofits, and service contracts.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site conditions to validate project scope and cost.
Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure bids are technically sound and profitable.
Balance competitive pricing with strong margins and project viability.
Project Management
Manage awarded projects from kickoff through completion--on time, on budget, and to specification.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources while managing subcontractors and field teams.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, address challenges early, and ensure consistent quality and safety standards.
Strategic Contribution
Provide leadership input on market trends, pricing strategies, and business development goals.
Contribute to long-term growth initiatives and strengthen the company's reputation in the industrial HVAC space.
Qualifications
Experience:
7-10+ years of combined experience in Sales, Estimating, and Project Management within the industrial or commercial HVAC field.
Network:
Strong existing relationships within the HVAC, construction, and mechanical contracting community.
Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical construction practices, estimating software, and project management tools.
Track Record:
Proven success in winning contracts and leading large-scale, high-value projects.
Leadership:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
