Job Description

The Industrial Engineer will contribute to optimizing manufacturing processes and improving operational efficiency. This role will be responsible for analyzing and improving part standards, leading cost-reduction initiatives, and driving continuous improvement.
The Industrial Engineer will report into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for better efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Utilize data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and operational enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend upgrades or maintenance as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
