Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead and supervise electrical and electromechanical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial electrical systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
This Position is for Laredo TX. Headquarters is in Mission Tx.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Team Supervision:
Lead and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Client Communication:
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
Resource Management:
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site, ensuring proper usage and minimizing waste.
Documentation:
Complete and maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, time sheets, and safety reports.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in electrical or electromechanical construction prefered, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in electrical or electromechanical fields preferred.
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings; knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
